The Buckhall Volunteer Fire Department is proud to offer catering services to patrons holding events at Simmons Hall.

For a small per guest fee, Simmons Hall staff will provide a full dinner buffet, leaving you to simply enjoy your event.

Our staff will meet with you in advance of your event for the initial planning, and again 10 days before your event to confirm the number of guests and the menu.

Our Standard Menu:

Our standard menu consists of:

  • Prime rib
  • Chicken
  • Vegetables (2 to 3 selections)
  • Salad
  • Dinner rolls
  • Coffee
  • Iced tea
  • Water

Prior to your event, guests are treated to appetizers (which are included in the catering fees) and include:

  • Cheese tray
  • Vegetable tray
  • Fruit tray
  • Cracker tray

 

Custom menus are also available.  Please check with the Simmons Hall catering staff for more information.

Prices for Simmons Hall catering range from $22 to $28 per guest, depending on the menu.  Prices for custom menus are also available.
