Buckhall Volunteer Fire Department is hiring a part-time (20 hours per week) Executive Assistant. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, self-starter, and problem solver who can work independently as the only administrative person in the firehouse. The job includes overseeing the day-to-day administration of the Station including, but not limited to:

- Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable
- Ordering and tracking supplies (office and fire service)
- Scheduling (and physically monitoring) Station maintenance
- Frequent communication with the Volunteer Board of Directors and Station County Firefighters
- Coordinating with the County to solve problems
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
- Filing

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of previous administrative experience (negotiable). The job pays $15/hour, 20 hours per week, and any offer will be contingent on a criminal background check.
